If
a person is the reason for a problem, talk to that person directly—not to
someone else who is neither involved in nor concerned about the issue.
However,
if you choose to talk to an uninvolved third party instead, you are not solving
the problem; you are merely describing or complaining about it. Problems should
always be resolved with the people who are responsible for them, not with those
who are not part of the situation."
