External world vs. Internal world

You can lose in the external world, but you do have a choice to suffer the loss in your internal world.

You can be hurt in the external world, but you do have a choice to suffer the pain in your internal world

You can be unforgiven in the external world, but you do have a choice to forgive in your internal world

You can be unrecognized in the external world, but you do have a choice to recognize yourself in your internal world

You can be provoked by the external world, but you do have a choice to stay unprovoked from your internal world

You can be disrespected by the external world, but you do have a choice to respect yourself in your internal world

You can be underrated by the external world, but you do have a choice to rate yourself in your inner world

You can be misunderstood by the external world, but you do have a choice to understand yourself better in your internal world

You can be ignored by the external world, but you do have a choice to be embraced by you in your internal world.

The world out there is not in our control but the internal world is within us which can govern us to face the external world

It is better to live from within rather than living with a mask outside to satisfy the unknown

For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position. During this type of conversation, the listener may appear restless, exhibiting a lack of eye contact or head nodding. In such interactions, th...
