Lost and Found

During my childhood in order to break the boredom during vacations I used to search for my play things. I will go in search of my Badminton Racket, but I will find board games like chess, Ludo etc. But my mind will be bent towards badminton, however, with my intense search I was able to find the racket. Now comes a challenge, the rackets are there, but shuttlecock was not there. In those days getting money to buy the shuttlecock was not easy, either we need to shell down few paise from our pockets or wait for our parents to give us some money.

Our objective was to overcome the boredom and we will shift our focus to board games or land up playing other games, at the end of the day we would have occupied ourselves by playing some games and our vacations ended with fun and frolic.

Being a Freelance Behavioural trainer, my business has come to a standstill, due to Corona outbreak, initially I was occupied with my routine work and after a few days I found there was nothing much to do.

I was recollecting my childhood vacations & relating it to present corona outbreak, I understood that sometimes we need to lose something in us to find something new in us.

When we go on an internal search, we find something what we lost or hidden in us, it’s time to go on a journey inward to identify our hidden strengths/Talents and use this time to nurture it.

Lose yourself to find yourself

The Modes of Persuasion The modes of persuasion, often referred to as ethical strategies or rhetorical appeals, are devices in rhetoric that classify the speaker's appeal to the audience. They are: ethos, pathos, logos, and the less-used Kairos & telos The above model has been used by Advertisement agencies to grab the attention of the viewers and finally bring them to the purchase desk or use the cart in shopping sites. If we carefully examine the model, it has a sound application in running an effective training program too.
