I keep searching

 I keep searching

I keep searching,

I keep searching,

Searching for peace.

And the search for peace ends

With your gracious presence.

I keep searching,

I keep searching,

Searching for the world's most beautiful sight.

And the search for beauty ends

When I see your lovely face.

I keep searching,

I keep searching,

Searching for the perfect poem to recite.

And the search for a poem ends

When I whisper your name.

I keep searching,

I keep searching,

Searching for the world's kindest smile.

And the search for a smile ends

Even when you're a mile away.

I keep searching,

I keep searching,

Searching for the perfect form.

And the search ends

As soon as I hold your curves.

I keep searching,

I keep searching,

Searching for a living masterpiece.

And the search ends

When I walk beside you.

I keep searching,

I keep searching,

Searching for serenity.

And the search for serenity ends

Within your divinity.

I keep searching,

I keep searching,

Searching for inspiration.

And the search for inspiration ends

When my life's journey begins with you.

Darling, the world is rapidly

Moving beyond search engines.

Don't make me search.

I know you are wiser

Than any artificial intelligence.

Just appear as soon as I think of you.

Just answer before I ask.

Just stay close to me,

And end this search forever.

Listen, Understand and Respond

Listen, Understand and Respond Most of the time, people listen to respond rather than to understand. By the time the other person finishes speaking, the listener is often already formulating a response. Let’s explore what happens in such situations. While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position. During this type of conversation, the listener may appear restless, exhibiting a lack of eye contact or head nodding. In such interactions, th...
