Motivation, not at the cost of demotivation
In the name of motivating the demotivated, do not
demotivate the motivated. When you go the extra mile to motivate those who are
struggling, it should not come at the cost of those who are already motivated.
They should not feel that they did not receive what the demotivated received,
even though they were motivated and delivered their best.
In the current context, to motivate the next
generation, companies have begun introducing programs aligned with current
trends. Although the intention is good, the previous generation may begin to
perceive the new generation as receiving preferential treatment, and they may
feel ignored.
A good motivation strategy should be unbiased on the
one hand, and it should also be relevant to the needs of all generations
