A Leader as an Aggregator
A good
Team will have different kinds of people, the crux is how to handle the
differences. A True Leader believes in diversity & he nurtures diversity.
If everybody thinks alike & think like the leader, the team might not have
different ideas.
A True
Leader develops a Matured Team where debates are invited and hence arguments
are healthy, at the end of the meeting they go with a sense of satisfaction
that they discussed both pros & cons before taking a decision.
The
above can be achieved only when the Leader is ready to accept the differences.
A bowl of Bananas cannot be called as a Fruit Salad similarly a Team Leader
cannot have Team Players playing the similar kind of roles. A good team is a
combination of

•E –Executors: Who does the Implementation
•A –Assessors:
Who evaluates the Situation
•M–Motivators: Who Communicates & Inspires
