From
the writer of Granny’s message on Work from Home
Grand Daughter was on a video call with her manager and the manager asked,
“Why you couldn’t join the call yesterday morning?”
She said, “There was a power failure and hence I couldn’t join the call,
Manager asked, “Don’t you have an inverter?”
She said “I don’t have it”
Manager said “I think, you should have one, to avoid missing the calls”
Granny was hearing the conversation and said “Vanakkam Manager”
Manager with Hesitation said “Vanakkam”
She said “Manager, what did you want my granddaughter to buy”
He said “I wanted her to buy an Inverter, which will also help your family during power failures”
Granny said *“Remember, never make a person feel bad for what they don’t have, appreciate them for what they have*
Granny added “When there is a power failure, we all come together and sit for a while, I consider it to be a family time” if we are going to modernise everything around us and keep investing everything on our comfort and luxury, we will have things in life, but not life
During challenging times, we should save money for our needs and not spend on our wants. If your organisation feels you should have uninterrupted power supply, that is your need and you should fulfil it
Manager’s father peeped and said “Well said Madam, we have a house, but not a home” we started living in EMIs-Equated Mental Illness
Granny smiled and said “Nandri Nanba (Thank you Friend)
There
can be backup for power but not for your life, Stay safe
