Leadership Simplified-Part-1-Lead with Passion-Appreciation as a Motivation

Appreciation as a Motivation

Appreciation is defined as the act of recognizing or understanding that something is valuable and important.

Learn to appreciate in your life and you will live a better quality of life. May these Appreciation thoughts inspire you to act so that you may live your dreams & help your subordinates scale new heights.

A Good Leader is a relationship builder Subordinates look for Leaders in difficult times. In this modern world staying in touch is easier.

Do two things during these tough times, one call each subordinate reporting to you and tell them one thing you admire about them & also appreciate them for their contribution in the recent past.

In regular day to day work, we focus more on the task and might focus less on the people, but now you can use this time to build a relationship by giving positive strokes.

Normally, Leaders send Motivating messages but instead ask each one of your subordinates to send a motivating message.

Let it be one person, one message per day. This will avoid clutter, and everyone will wait for their turn to share their message.

Engage your team, so that they are ready to come back with great zeal and enthusiasm
