Leadership Simplified-Part-7-Respect and Visibility

Respect and Visibility
Respect and Visibility are two factors which determines how Leaders are perceived by their subordinates.
Respect- Some Leaders either command respect because of their Job Competency or because of their ability to connect with their subordinate.
Visibility- Some Leaders are good at communicating and hence their Presence is felt in the company
Based on the above, there are Four Kinds of people
Newcomer: Some Leaders neither command Respect nor they are Visible, they can either be new to the company or new to the role
Popularity Player: Some Leaders have high visibility but command less respect they are Popular but not perceived as competent Leaders
Expert: Some Leaders Command High Respect but they do not communicate much, and their presence is not felt
Dynamic: Some Leaders command high respect and they are highly visible; these Leaders can inspire people with their action and motivate their team with their words.
Evaluate, who you are and what you want to become
Dynamic Leaders command respect with their deeds and words
