Business lesson from Archery
A strong bow with a
dull arrow won't help us hit our target, just as a sharp arrow with a weak bow
won't achieve our goals either. Similarly, having both a strong bow and a sharp
arrow without a defined target is a waste. Let's relate this to business: an
effective strategy paired with a poor action plan won't lead us to our
objectives. Conversely, an ineffective strategy combined with a solid plan
won't help us achieve our business goals either.
A successful business
model is built on three key components: an effective strategy, a solid plan,
and a clearly defined market. Ask yourself if your strategy is strong, your
plans are effective, and your market is well-defined. If you find any weaknesses,
take a step back, reevaluate your model, and adjust your approach before
proceeding.
