Busy bees
When we hear the word
"busy," we often associate it with concepts like productivity,
wealth, or being a workaholic. However, when our busy schedules leave us with
less time for friends and family, we might hear comments like, "Your
busyness isn't reflected in your bank account," or friends telling us to
"stop chasing money."
It's essential to
recognise the various reasons behind being busy. Some people are busy building
wealth, others are pursuing their passions, and some are dedicated to serving
their communities. Busyness should not always be seen as a direct path to
financial gain.
Remember: Not all
busy people are wealthy, and not all wealthy people are busy.
Furthermore, busyness
should not be confused with productivity. Some individuals are highly
productive by working efficiently in less time, while others need to invest
more time to perfect their process.
Instead of assuming
that busyness is solely about generating wealth or being productive, we
should learn to respect how others choose to spend their time.
