The Juice Maker and the Mocktail Maker
In the hands of a
juice maker, a fruit can be transformed into juice; in the hands of a mocktail
maker, a fruit can be combined with other fruits to create a visually appealing
and delicious mocktail. Ultimately, it doesn't matter whose hands the fruit passes
through; what truly matters is how well the fruit is utilised.
In life, we have
the opportunity to work with individuals who help us leverage our core
strengths, much like a juice maker. Alternatively, we might collaborate with
someone akin to a mocktail maker, who encourages teamwork. If our strengths are
utilised and results are achieved, we can take pride in the process.
Sometimes, it is
beneficial to work with both types of individuals to explore our personal
strengths while also developing our teamwork skills. It's like enjoying a glass
of plain lemon juice one day and savouring a lemon-pineapple mix on another.
