It’s Time for India-Song

 It’s Time for India

It's time for the tiger to roar
Roar, roar
Where the world will listen
It's time for India
One and only India

It's time for the peacock to dance
Dance, dance
Where the world will dance to our tunes
It's time for India
One and only India

It's time for the mangoes to ripen
Ripen, ripen
Where the world will taste our aam ras
It's time for India
One and only India

It's time for "Made in India"
Made in India
Where the world will buy what we make
Not what they make
It's time for India
One and only India

It's time for "Sell in India"
Sell in India
Where the world will sell on our terms
Not what they want to dump
It's time for India
One and only India

It's time for who we are
Not what the world expects us to be
Where the world will fulfill our expectations
Not what they expect
It's time for India
One and only India

It's time for Indians to come back
Where the world cannot retain our Indians
Where Indians are no longer an economical labor force
It's time for India
One and only India

It's time for Indians to stop leaning toward
Religion and caste
Where we can unite together
To create a strong India
Free from hate, religion, caste, and creed

Let's be Indian forever
With India in our mind and our soul

Jai Hind
Jai Hind

Let's be an Indian
An Indian who can make a difference by accepting differences

Listen, Understand and Respond

Listen, Understand and Respond Most of the time, people listen to respond rather than to understand. By the time the other person finishes speaking, the listener is often already formulating a response. Let’s explore what happens in such situations. While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position. During this type of conversation, the listener may appear restless, exhibiting a lack of eye contact or head nodding. In such interactions, th...
