Easy to advise
It
is easy to give advice to someone who has failed—telling them what they could
have done or should have avoided. But it is not easy to endure the failure that
the other person has gone through.
Without
facing the challenges on the ground ourselves, we can only comment on how the
game should be played. Only when we have experienced a similar situation can we
truly understand the person who has failed. It is easy to create a case study,
but difficult to be the case itself.
