Long -Small Pencils
A
long, new pencil is waiting to create history; the short one has already filled
history. In life, we require people who are like a new, long pencil—willing to
create history when they are sharpened and used effectively. We also require
people who are like the short ones, whom we can contact to learn from their
experience.
It
doesn’t matter whether we are with young or old people; we can still make a
difference in young people's lives and learn from the wisdom of old people.
