The Mirror of Stress
Which
Self-Induced Profile Are You? -Part-2
2. Mr. Doubt
They doubt everything—locked
doors, delegated work—and micromanage constantly, stressing themselves and
everyone around them.
Dos:
1. Use checklists for
repetitive tasks and tick them off.
2. Set clear expectations when
delegating, then step back.
3. Schedule fixed
progress-check times (not continuous).
4. Practice trusting others
with small, low-risk tasks.
5. Keep a journal of unfounded
doubts to challenge them.
Don’ts:
1. Don’t re-check the same
thing more than twice.
2. Don’t ask for constant
updates from team members.
3. Don’t decide based solely on
"what if" scenarios.
4. Don’t compare your doubt to
others' confidence.
5. Don’t avoid delegation—it
increases your load.
