The Mirror of Stress
Which
Self-Induced Profile Are You? -Part-4
4. Mr. Hate
They nurture conflicts,
break relationships, and carry grudges, turning every social interaction into a
source of stress.
Dos:
1. Practice active
listening—seek to understand first.
2. Use "I feel..."
statements instead of blaming.
3. Set healthy boundaries to
protect your peace.
4. Write an unsent letter to
vent, then tear it up.
5. Breathe deeply for 2 minutes
before responding in conflict.
Don’ts:
1. Don’t bring up past
grievances in current arguments.
2. Don’t gossip—it fuels your
own negativity.
3. Don’t cut people off without
one calm conversation.
4. Don’t expect others to
change for you.
5. Don’t suppress anger—channel
it constructively.
