Food,
Junk and Information
The food we consume should support our
physical well-being, just as the information we take should enhance our
knowledge and mental health.
In the modern world, junk food has
invaded our dining tables and taken up space in our minds. Likewise, junk
information has filled our mental and digital memory spaces.
We must be mindful of the food we eat
and the data we process. Our bodies should function like machines that produce
energy, while our minds should act as think tanks rather than becoming stagnant
and unproductive.
A healthy human is defined by the food
he eats, and a healthy mind is determined by the thoughts he generates.
