Well-being
Our well-being is rooted in how well we
live and allow others to live. Each of us has our own definition of well-being. Still, if this definition considers our physical health, mental well-being, and
harmonious relationships with others, we are on the right track.
Take time to examine
whether your daily life aligns with your definition of well-being. If it does,
congratulate yourself. If not, identify the reasons for the discrepancy and
take action to get back on track. It’s better to adjust early than suffer
the consequences for a long time.
