Board the Hardship
A ship that has sailed through hardship
has plenty of experiences to share. These experiences can serve as valuable
lessons for both the sailor and the sailing community. Conversely, a ship that
remains docked for a long time and has not encountered rough seas has little to
offer.
Similarly, a person who has faced
hardships acquires greater skills and knowledge, along with the grit needed to
tackle similar situations in the future. Their past challenges serve as a
navigational map and a resource for others. Some individuals, however, avoid
hardship out of fear of loss or pain. In doing so, they not only miss out on
important lessons but also become ill-equipped to handle more challenging times
ahead.
If you are currently facing hardship in
life, remember that you are strengthening yourself mentally in the present and
preparing for the future.
