The Power of Gratitude
The more we worry about what we lack, the less we appreciate what we have. This not only makes us feel worthless but also disrupts our inner peace. While there is much to desire in the world, if we do not define what we truly want, the sense of emptiness will persist, and peace will become a rare commodity in our lives.
The good news is that
peace can be restored if we cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Remember, only
when we feel like a worthy person in the present, we can ideate, be creative,
and develop the determination to achieve our goals. Start each day by
appreciating what you have, and end your day by reflecting on the lessons
you've learned.
Life should be
approached like an artist with a paintbrush in hand, ready to add color, rather
than like a warrior with a weapon, prepared for battle.
