The Power of Positive Words
Positive words have the power to transform lives—both our own and those of others. But words are more than just letters strung together with dictionary meanings. They are reflections of our thoughts, and in many ways, they shape the very fabric of our lives.
Whether we're speaking to ourselves or to others, the words we choose matter deeply. They can build us up or tear us down. Think of each word as a sturdy brick. When carefully chosen, these bricks form a structure strong enough to weather any storm. Our lives become that structure—resilient and grounded—built one positive word at a time.
Now, here’s a simple yet powerful exercise: take a moment to list the negative words you often use—whether in self-talk or in conversations with others. Once your list is complete, tear the paper apart. As you do, remind yourself: These words no longer belong in my life.
