Dear Friends,

Reading is a pleasure, especially when the book reflects your thoughts, soothes your heart, and lingers in your mind. If someone asks me why I read, I ask them back: " Why do you eat? Just as your body craves food, your mind craves information, knowledge, ideas, and more.

The habit of reading has not just ended with reading books—it has shown me the path to writing. My writing journey began in 2016, when I started sharing my thoughts on WhatsApp and storing them in my blog. The journey is endless, and it will continue.

I am grateful to my friends who motivated me to write a book, and that is how my first book, Random Management Thoughts - 1—was born in 2018. As the years went on, my writing continued, but the desire to publish a new book never faded. When I started compiling my articles under various headings, I was surprised to discover that there are nearly fifty books ready to be published in the near future. I believe the future is now, and so I decided to publish my second book.

I am very happy to share my second book—Woman: A Symphony of Roles—which is dedicated to all the women in the world, during this Women's Day celebration week.
