·         Conceptualization- The birth of Dams- Ability to understand the need for rural development



·         Foresight- The birth of Industries and Industrial Estates- Ability to understand the need for job generation



·         Stewardship- The birth of a new role- After the defeat he plunged into developing the party at the national level



·         Commitment to growth of people- The birth of people’s leader- Appointment of Parameswaran as a Minister for Hindu religious endowment



·          Building Community- the birth of rights for backward class- Presiding the first amendment



During his tenure as, chief Minister/ Party President he has thought for the people, acted for the people and lived for the people.



His life is a ready reckoner to understand the qualities of a Servant Leader.

  

If heaven exists hope Kamaraj and Robert.K.Green leaf shake hands with each other and Robert.K.Green leaf looks into Kamraj and tells – You are the true Servant Leader, listening to this  Kamraj smiles and tells Mr.Robert
