By Products vs Main Products
If we continue to
focus more on by-products rather than the main product, we risk losing both the
quality and quantity of the main product. This isn't just about production;
it's about our lives. The main priorities in life are good health and peace.
The more we emphasize these, the healthier and longer we will live. Instead, we
have shifted our focus toward wealth, career, and pleasure—the by-products of
life—while treating them as primary goals. This has led generations to chase
these by-products, resulting in stress, health issues, and mental challenges.
Today, society faces a shortage of healthy and positive individuals due to a
lack of understanding about what should indeed be prioritized.
Let’s discuss
physical and mental well-being in our gatherings. If you work in an
organization, promote the importance of a healthy body and mind. As educators, discuss
healthy eating habits with your students. We must continue to spread the
message about the importance of health and mental well-being. While it may
sound like a tedious lecture, we must do it for a common cause: when we have
healthy individuals, we build healthy families. Healthy families lead to
healthy neighbourhoods, and healthy communities, in turn, contribute to the
health of their citizens. Ultimately, a healthy nation is built not just on
economics but on the strength of its people.
