Complementing with each other
A crayon said to a
pencil, "I am not as tall as you." The pencil replied, "I am not
as colorful as you." A young girl said, "I know how to use both of
you."
The girl took a piece
of paper, drew a circle, and coloured it in with a crayon.
The pencil smiled and
said, "It’s a perfect circle. Thank you for using me nicely." The
crayon added, "I look so elegant and soothing inside the circle, shining
like a red sun."
The girl explained, "When you compare yourselves, you might feel inferior. But when you complement one another, you feel good about yourselves. “You both are unique in your ways.
Similarly, every human being is unique in our ways.
Instead of comparing ourselves to others and feeling low, let’s compliment each
other and create something better together."
