Dealing with Difficult People
When we form a
negative opinion about someone, it can lead to feelings of hatred toward that
person. This hatred often results in heated exchanges, disagreements,
non-cooperation, and ultimately, enmity. I believe everyone has experienced
this at some point or may even be going through it right now.
While it might be
hard to imagine a life without such conflicts, we can protect ourselves from
the burden of hate and the stress of dealing with difficult people by
practicing understanding, communicating assertively, and gracefully saying
goodbye when necessary.
Enmity harms the one
who harbors it more than the one who is the target. If you pay close attention
to life, you will realize that it's not worth damaging your heart with hatred
and frustration.
