Life is a game to be played.
A game is meant to be
played to win, but it should not be played solely for victory. The focus should
be on unleashing our passion and enjoying every moment of the game. There may
be sorrow when we lose, but reflecting on the love we brought to the game and
the joy we experienced can help us move past that sorrow and prepare for the
next opportunity.
If we relate this to
life, it can often feel like a game that should be played with the same spirit.
Winning or losing doesn’t matter as much as living life fully. We should never
allow a single match to define our lives, knowing there are many more matches
to play until we depart. Each game will have different players and rules, yet
we should engage in them to learn and create lasting memories.
Instead of viewing
life as short, let’s consider it a series of matches yet to be played—an
unpredictable number, but we should always prepare ourselves for the next one.
Ultimately, the spirit of living a peaceful and
joyful life is far more critical than simply winning.
