The
Future is Near and Here
Hi buddy, what brings you here? I got a message
warning that my Actuators are becoming weak, so I decided to replace them. What
about you? My end effectors are weak, so I decided to change them.
R4-Version-002 asked, 'How is the work?'
T3-Version-003 replied, 'It's hectic; there are too many tasks to perform.
Right from assisting my master in sourcing data, surveillance, customer care
activities, cleaning the house, driving him to a Robot fair, attending
strategic meetings to study his customer psychology, and it's endless. Charged
twice a day, with no cooling period, he has installed a cooler, which often
cools me down to be productive every second. What about you asked,
T3-Version-003, replied R4-Version -002, same here right from planning a travel
iternary, booking, ordering cloths in online, receiving and checking the same,
train human brains to think, fly him from one terrace to others, assist in
winning at casino, monitor his health and order a diet food, things are
endless. I tried applying for a job with less work, but my master got the
message instantly, and he warned me to destroy myself. I decided to keep quiet.
Very rarely do I see human beings walking on the
road. Most of the time, I see our buddies’ driving cars at 200 miles per hour
or flying drones, said R3. "You're right," said T3, adding that a
massive fire accident was well handled by T-series Robots last week. R3 said,
"I flew there to witness them in action."
R3 said, My master has commanded me to join him in
selecting a few more R3S, " and said bye. T3 said, Even I am wanted for a
meeting with the Human Resources Robot to replace the other 30 million humans
this year with just a few hundred T3S and have been assigned to lay off 40
million obsolete humans, who neither have traditional skill sets like reading, writing,
or communicating effectively nor have AI skills
Welcome to the future. You will see Robots walking
on the road, humans will slowly vanish, marriages will become outdated,
Factories will be completely automated, machines will think, and only those
humans who can innovate and adapt will be relevant. The rest will rest in peace.
