Best not at the cost of our rest
Striving to be the
best in our chosen field is commendable, but we should not become obsessed with
always being the best. Even the fastest cheetah sometimes fails to catch its
prey, and the best footballer can miss the goal—examples like these are endless.
We should remember that our best efforts should not come at the expense of our
rest, as our rest is more important than constantly trying to be the best.
Without adequate rest, even our best performances can suffer.
