Life doesn't improve unless we change
unhealthy lifestyles that adversely impact our well-being. In today's modern
world, many physical and mental illnesses stem from lifestyle choices—whether
it's obesity or stress, it all begins with what we eat and how we live. Unless
we define a healthy lifestyle and adapt our lives accordingly, we will
continuously rely on prescriptions for one problem while facing new issues
elsewhere.
Before an unhealthy lifestyle consumes our
lives, let's take proactive steps to shield ourselves from detrimental and
meaningless choices in the long run.
