Re-Launch
If one rocket fails during a launch, the
rocket launch centre will not be shut down. The team will return to the
boardroom to conduct a root-cause analysis to ensure the next launch is
successful.
Similarly, when you face failure, it doesn't
mean you are a failure. Instead, take the time to reflect and analyse your
experience, just as a launch centre does, and prepare for your next
opportunity.
