Enablers and Stoppers exist within us. Our growth mindset enables us to think futuristically, allowing us to evaluate ourselves, correct our mistakes, and improve for the better. These qualities become our enablers. On the other hand, our fixed mindset can hold us back from being forward-thinking, keeping us stuck in the past, fostering blame, and maintaining rigidity. This mindset turns into our stoppers.

Within us lies the willingness and ability to activate our enablers and deactivate our stoppers. The world has witnessed progress and has provided us with opportunities for a better life, thanks to the enablers around us.

Take a moment to reflect: Is your enabler active, or is your stopper in control? Write down how your enabler has positively impacted your life and how your stopper has hindered you from achieving your desires. Through self-examination, we can initiate meaningful change in our lives.
