Thoughts- Can be visitors or Mentors.
It is inevitable to stop negative thinking. When there is darkness, there is light; similarly, where there is negative, there is also a positive. What will happen if we live in darkness for a long time, and similarly, what will happen if we live in brightness for a long time? We are aware of the consequences.
As humans, it is
difficult to stop negative thinking because not every situation is favourable
to us. Not every time will we be happy; we will also have fears of failure, the
future, and so on. However, how we convert these negative thoughts into
positive ones depends on how we process them. Negative thinking should be
treated as visitors, and positive thinking should be treated as mentors, which
can shape our lives.
Once we welcome the
mentor called positive thinking, we can gradually limit the entry for the
visitor called negative thinking.
