How to start the day?
Whenever you feel
overwhelmed by the tasks for the day, take a moment to pause instead of jumping
into action right away. Begin by listing everything that needs to be done and
estimating the time each task will require. After you have an estimate,
prioritize the tasks based on their importance and urgency. Once you’ve
established your priorities, begin working on them accordingly. Taking just a
few minutes for this planning can help you start your day more calmly, rather
than rushing to tackle too many things at once.
A relaxed mind is
like fertile land where ideas and creativity can flourish, whereas a stressed
mind resembles barren land where worries and tension can take root.
Approach each day
with a sense of achievement and end it with a feeling of accomplishment.
