Feel the child in you by seeing the child outside.
Sometimes, it's more
beneficial to watch children play with each other than to observe adults
engaging in the games of life. Watching children can transport us back to our childhood,
allowing us to let go of our worries. In contrast, observing adult interactions
often increases our doubts. It transforms us into a world filled with worries,
making us feel like victims of the games others are playing in our lives or
fearing we might become victims in the future.
As adults, we always
have a choice: we can indulge in gossip and rumors, fostering a sense of
hostility towards others, or we can step into a play area and enjoy the
laughter of children, reconnecting with our childhood joy.
As we grow older, we
must be mindful of what we allow into our minds. Once our minds become
cluttered, our overall well-being will start to decline.
