Listening is a Tool to understand
When we invest time in listening to others,
we also invest the same amount of time in understanding them better. Once we
achieve understanding, we can suspend our judgments and remain unbiased.
It is our early judgments and biases that can
tarnish relationships; the only solution is to lend an ear.
