Consistency -The Key to Achievement
Great things do not
happen overnight or with just a single effort. Whether it’s achieving a
rock-hard six-pack or a toned waist, it requires consistent effort. Every small
action we take regularly can accumulate to produce significant results over
time, similar to the Great Wall of China or a thrilling novel.
Many people start
their journeys, but only a few continue. Those who persist will eventually see
the light at the end of the tunnel, while others may feel overwhelmed and
retreat to their starting point. Some dream of writing a book and remain stuck
in their thoughts, while others attempt to write, but only a handful commit to
writing a page every day and ultimately hold their finished book in their
hands.
Thinking, trying, and
acting are not the same. A thought is merely a seed that needs to be nurtured
with effort, which can be likened to fertiliser, and consistently maintained
through action.
