Those who are trusted are those who are compassionate, not hostile.

Those who are trusted are those who are competent, not arrogant.

Those who are trusted are those who stand by their commitment, not evade it.

Those who are trusted are those who are consistent, not erratic.

Those who are trusted are those who are factual, not opinionated.

Those who are trusted are those who seek forgiveness, not being stubborn.

 

Trust is not about one or two qualities; it is about a person's finest qualities that are exhibited appropriately in the appropriate form with the right people.
