Expectations
Life is not about meeting each other's expectations; instead, it's about setting our expectations and working towards them. Similarly, we should not bind others with our expectations or make them feel guilty for not fulfilling them. Instead, let's give people the space and time they need to progress in their own lives.
Often, disappointment
stems from our expectations. That disappointment can lead to worries, and those
worries can result in a lack of peace. It’s essential to focus on our goals and
understand that even if we don't achieve them, we can embrace the experience
and strive to do better next time. In short, let us not get caught in the
turmoil of losing ourselves due to our expectations or those we place on
others.
