In a
family not every conflict can be resolved completely, some conflicts can be minimized by Harmonizing the situation, let us see how a Homemaker Harmonizes a
conflicting situation
There
are situations where the other person can be wrong or might not wholeheartedly
agree his/her Mistake, in such situations the Homemaker will not blow up the
conflict by either arguing or proving the other person wrong, she will Accommodate
and Harmonize for the benefit of the family’s future. For instance, she knows
one of the service providers is wrong in his views, but she also knows that the
person is good at work and honest, considering those qualities, she will
accommodate his views to harmonize the situation.
In workplace, we do have many kinds of people who are skillful and knowledgeable, but they might be rigid in their approach, as a Leader you should understand that your best people management qualities comes out when you handle such people. The proven approach is to follow the footsteps of a homemaker who is good at accommodating and harmonizing
Reflect
upon some conflicting situations where you should accommodate and harmonize to
ensure relationship is intact and objective is achieved as per the mutual agreement.
