3.Interaction with subject Teachers

The subject Teachers will know their student in terms of the subject they Deal, but the class teachers are the people who knows the overall character of the student, if  subject Teachers shares their concern about a particular student, the class teachers will listen, but will not put down the student, Similarly in workplace, the subordinates will work with other departments to fulfill the organisation objective, in the process there can be certain concerns that will brought to the notice of the Leader, in such situations the Leader should use the  approach of the class Teacher as stated above.

4.Spots the Talent

From the day the Class Teachers take over the class, they put efforts to ensure their students shine in both academics and non-academics

activities. they also seek inputs about the students from concern subject Teachers and identify their students interest levels. For instance, if the class teachers get a Circular for a science quiz, they know who would be interested in it and nominate those students.

In the workplace, True Leaders will not only rely on their judgments about their subordinate, they will also get feedback from other people, which will not enable them to assign the suitable task, they can also spot the Talent in them

As a Leader it is imperative for you to interact with others to spot the talent in your subordinates and bring the best out of them
