Leader Lives with Vision

True Leaders are known for their Vision, irrespective of the size of the organisation or designation, true leaders live with and for vision. Let us understand how Leaders look at Vision and what they do to help the subordinate to connect with the Vision.

V-Values: True Leaders are driven by values. While driving the vision they also drive the values required in achieving the vision. True Leaders will never achieve the vision at the cost of the values.  They will ensure that every subordinate, understands the values of the company and they also inspire them to be value driven in their life

I- Involve: True Leaders involve their team in setting the vision as well as working towards it. when subordinates see the bigger picture of their role, they see more value in giving their best

S-Simplifies: True Leaders are not only simple by nature, but they also simplify the vision, so that the subordinate can understand the vision clearly, when the vision is clear the going becomes easy

I-Ideate: True Leaders believe in generating ideas for achieving the vision from the bottom, they very well know that excellent ideas come from the bottom

O-Opportunities: True Leaders knows that by providing opportunities to subordinates, they can get commitment from the subordinate to achieve the vision.

N- Nurtures- True Leaders nurtures Leaders, once a subordinate feel there is a leader in them, they will start focusing on major aspects in their role rather than focusing on the trivial

Based on the above points identify your strengths and areas to improve to drive the vision. Amongst your Team Members

Vision is the Torch and Leaders are the Torch Bearers who keeps identifying the Torch Bearers
