Every Homemaker is an Epitome of Leadership and there are profound lessons we can learn from them, after reading this Leadership series, you will realize how Leadership is effectively used by a woman in her day to day life in leading her family as well as the workplace.

Early to Wake and late to Sleep The above phrase itself is a great quality of a Leader and we all  would have come across many women who rise early to set the day and sleeps late to set the house in order.

When a woman wakes up early, she does not make her day easy, she ensures everyone in the family have a smooth day ahead.

When Leaders shows up first, they not only plan their day, but they also include others in their plan to ensure their needs are also taken care.  Such an act not only proves their professionalism, but it also alerts others to be in time. Great Leaders value time as well as people and hence they ensure that others should not wait for them.

The Motherly nature in a woman keeps are awake till she ensures everyone goes to bed after having their dinner, similarly a True Leaders waits till the last subordinates finishes his/her work to ensure that they go with a sense of accomplishment.

Managerial Effectiveness can be learnt in a B-School, but Leadership can be Learnt from observing a homemaker in our day to day life.

If you have not seen a Homemaker in such a view, just wake up early to see her in action, go to bed after seeing her in action, you will understand how vital are those qualities to ensure a family stays mentally and physically fit.

Home Maker is a Silent Leader, observe her to sharpen your Leadership Skills
