Enabler: The host will enable the meeting and ensure everyone enters the chat, they will set the guidelines and provide the right support for the presenter and others to chat. Good Leaders are enablers, they enable the system and ensure their subordinate are comfortable to contribute in their respective roles. An online meeting becomes effective when it is in the hands of a host who is knowledgeable about the Technology & has the patience to enable everyone to contribute

Presenter: The presenter is the person who chairs the meeting and ensures His/ Her Points are well stated. He /She takes the help of the host during technical snags and puts the discussion in order. Good Leaders are wonderful presenters, they clearly start their points and gets the acceptance of the team to contribute towards the larger picture, whenever the Leaders finds it difficult to get the work going, they never hesitate to involve the right people to ensure things are taken care and obstacles are removed

Moderator: During online meetings, sometimes the focus can shift, or too many people want to share or ask, in such situation there will always be one person, who would assertively enter and moderate the discussion to help the presenter complete his /her  presentation and will also keep the team to stay focused, in short, such people emerges as a Leader. Leadership evolves based on the situation rather than a designation, hence you should raise up the occasion to ensure the team stays focused on the agreed objective.
