Leadership Simplified-52- Leadership Lessons from Strategic Thinking Part-3

Leadership Lessons from Strategic Thinking Part-3

Strategic Thinking-6-Seeing Beyond- Seeing beyond is different from seeing ahead. The latter foresees an expected future by constructing a framework out of the past. The former constructs the future—it invents a world that would not otherwise exist.

True Leaders can see what others don’t see or think, they take the organisation to A level which no one would have imagined. Today we are sitting and experiencing many comforts at our home due to the Leaders who used their ability to see beyond. True Leaders invest their time in innovation and encourages their team members to innovate too.

Strategic Thinking-7-Seeing it through -The term seeing it through means ensuring he or she must also systematically plan and implement the vision. True Leaders do not rest in board rooms after spelling the vision, they will ensure the Vision reaches everyone in the Organisation and they work towards it. in such scenario Leaders will know what is happening from top to bottom, which will help them to stay connected with everyone in the system.

To experience the above Thinking

List down what will you do to improve your ability to think beyond

List down how will you ensure you see through the completion of what you have planned

True Leaders are Thinkers, they see ahead that’s the reason why they are called Visionaries, they see behind that’s the reason why they are called seekers of knowledge from the past, they see below, that’s the reason why they are called deep thinkers, they see people besides them and they take their help to generate ideas or solve problems, that’s reason why they are called people’s person, they are creative, that’s the reason why they are called forerunners and they ensure the vision is implemented, hence they are called down to earth.

Thinking makes the difference and Leaders are known for Thinking
