After the CEO gave his inputs about Leadership qualities required in their organisation, one of the newly appointed Leader asked what is the difference between being a Follower and a Leader. The below is the difference that was given by the CEO

After sharing the above difference, the CEO said

“As a subordinate, when you commit a mistake it impacts you, but as a Leader when you commit a mistake it impacts you as well as others. Hence forth live with an Attitude of developing others and that is the Attitude that will develop you.
