Homemakers are Good at Resolving Conflicts-Part-E

In a family certain conflicts are avoided to ensure it does not get aggravated

Resolution Style-5-Avoiding Aggravation

Sometimes certain conflicts in family might turn to be unmanageable, in such situations Homemaker will ensure it is not being discussed and she strictly puts an end to it to ensure it does not get aggravated

Conflicts can range from a discussion in a Parents Teacher meet, it can be an unpleasant arguments by elders, issues with neighbors etc, in these cases the Homemaker understands the consequences of such conflicts and she avoids discussing about it to the party involved or to the other members of the family .

Sometimes, the top management might not be happy with the results and hence they would have expressed their displeasure to the Leaders, in such a situation  Leaders are either left with a choice  to download the pressure or to avoid it and hold a discussion to generate ideas to improve. A matured Leader will choose to hold an idea generation session to improve, rather than aggravating the situation.

There are wonderful learning from the Homemakers, by respecting them and observing them, we can imbibe such qualities to reduce conflicts and resolve conflict peacefully

Homemaker Avoids and hence nobody is Annoyed

Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position. During this type of conversation, the listener may appear restless, exhibiting a lack of eye contact or head nodding. In such interactions, th...
