Leadership Simplified-54- Leadership Lesson from the Terrace-Part-2-Crow

 Leadership Lesson from the Terrace-Part-2-Crow

The Young Leader said:

Leaders do not focus on worries they focus on growth and development of others.

Leaders will increase their confidence to make the problem look smaller

Everyone might not know everything, but everyone will know something

The crow said, “good a small Ant’s words have gone into your mind” The young Leader said “These words, came in the right time” and he asked the crow “is there any Leadership Lessons from your life. The crow said, yes, we do have Leadership Lessons to share

Number-1- We might not be admired like other birds, but still we keep ourselves busy, A True Leader should not worry about recognition, you should keep working towards developing your people

Number-2-If one of our friends is injured, we come together and show our solidarity for the injured, True Leaders will stand by their team and inspire the other team members to do the same during difficult times

Number-3-if there is a distress, we fly together and alert our other friends about it, True Leaders should ensure others are warned when things go wrong

In simple words we share because we care as race, As Leaders you should develop a culture of sharing and caring, which should help each other to face the challenging world ahead

To grow as a Team, you should share and care as a Team

While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position. During this type of conversation, the listener may appear restless, exhibiting a lack of eye contact or head nodding. In such interactions, th...
